How the AI assessment works and when to involve an expert

An AI assessment and a specialist consultation are guidance, not a guarantee of the outcome.

What you get

An indicative review of your profile: eligibility signals, risks, a document list and next steps. It is not a decision of a consulate or government authority and not a guarantee of the outcome.

Where the AI can be wrong

  • Rules and timelines change, and an answer may rely on outdated data.
  • Your question has little data or your profile is non-standard.
  • A document was recognised incorrectly or is hard to read.
  • The decision on your case is made by the competent authority and may differ from the assessment.

Before filing, check key requirements against the official portal or the consulate of the destination country.

If you notice an error

Press “Report an error” under the answer or write to us via the contact form. We will review the answer and correct it if the error is confirmed. Refunds for an inaccurate answer are not provided: the AI assessment is guidance, just like a specialist consultation.

When to involve an expert

AI guidance does not replace a personal review of your case. Consider contacting a specialist if:

  • you have had refusals, deportations or breaches of stay terms or status;
  • your income is unstable, you are self-employed, or there are gaps in your work history or documents;
  • a family with children is moving, or family members have different citizenships;
  • the filing or appeal deadline is close;
  • the AI itself flagged a high risk or a lack of data;
  • the decision involves large expenses, such as buying property or relocating a family.

A specialist consultation is also guidance, not a guarantee: the final decision is made by a government authority.
