Refund Policy
You can request a refund by email at support@migrant-es.com when conditions below are met.
Refunds may be approved when
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- A confirmed technical issue caused incorrect charging or blocked paid service delivery.
- Payment was successful, but the paid service was not delivered.
Refunds may be denied when
- The paid service has been fully delivered and usable results were provided.
- There is evidence of abuse, fraudulent activity, or intentional policy violation.
How to request a refund
Send your request to support@migrant-es.com and include:
- Email used during payment.
- Transaction ID (or payment receipt details).
- Short description of the problem and requested resolution.
Request and processing timelines
- Submit within 14 calendar days from payment date.
- Review time: up to 5 business days after we receive complete details.
- Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within up to 10 business days; bank or PSP timelines may vary.
